Cool video. That place looks cool. Having grown up in northeast Tennessee in 70's and 80's i never hiked on the AT. But I will change that in the future when i.move back home to look after my 83 year old dad. Dad grew up about 11 miles north of erwin on back side of etsu campus in Johnson city,tn.

We were just recently in Erwin and Johnson City, both cute little towns. I bet your Dad loved living near those beautiful mountains! You’ll love hiking on the AT, it’s so pretty around that area. Thanks for watching. ❤️
