I use to work at the factory for 12 hours shift and the machines requires attention every 30 seconds and there are more than 40 machines. After 3 days of working, ive developed resistance for it and through time, it made my legs much stronger (it was obviously next level cuz im also boxer and i train legs)

He's squating wrong. To get rested while squating, you've got to be literally sitting on the back of your ankles. And your feet must be flat on the ground. I can squat for hours. But I think that invalidates the challenge. Cause squating isn't standing. I haven't tried it myself, but I think people can probably fall asleep while squating. The position is stable if your form is good. However, most westerners can't squat for s@@@, unless they are a gopnik.
