Specifications:
Plate Size: The machine can handle plates with a maximum straight plate width of 720mm and a minimum width of 300mm. The specifications can be adjusted steplessly via computer operation, allowing for seamless transition between different sizes.
Fan-Shaped Plate Bending: The maximum head of the fan-shaped plate is 600mm, and the minimum head is 200mm. When bending a fan-shaped plate, the machine must be adjusted to the maximum specification to provide enough clearance. The machine bends one side first and then bends the other side after the plate exits the system.
Bending Arc Size: The bending arc radius depends on the material, thickness, and raw material yield strength. For example:
Aluminum Magnesium Manganese Plate 3004:
0.9mm thickness: Positive arc approx. 2.5m, Reverse arc approx. 8m.
1.0mm - 1.2mm thickness: Positive arc approx. 2m, Reverse arc approx. 5m.
Steel Material: Forward bend radius of approx. 8 meters and reverse bend radius of approx. 10 meters.
It is important to note that if the arc value is too small for the material, bulges or wavy edges may appear on both sides of the plate.
Special Materials:
For materials such as color steel plates, copper plates, galvanized plates, and other specific types of metal, the bending radius may vary slightly. For these special materials, it's recommended to consult separately for the ideal bending parameters.
