According to science, you can’t really have talent. They took two pianists, a world famous one and a person who just does it for fun (multiple groups of two). Then, they were told to identify every note in a chord. In all they got basically the same result, intact the less popular ones guessed more correctly, after both were given an hour with a music book and piano. The hobbyists studied and played different cords while most of the musicians just played normal songs, almost forgetting about the challenge at foot. The only real advantage you can get is height or weight. And that can be easily outworked.

We won’t make it to the top level - he’s already 20 years old and hasn’t played a competitive game. In England if you haven’t made your debut by his age you probably won’t make it in the Premier League. He needed to have been in an academy and would’ve probably made his first team debut by now - he probably won’t even be able to play for a professional side until he’s 21/22. A player in England would be expected to be around the first team every week at that age and yet he is just playing semi-pro and studying.

As a German in the US, I would love to see soccer get more attention. 3,000 seats in your stadium compared to 110.000 I played in, it´s really a shame.
