What's the difference between the helix angle and the fleet angle? Aren't they both identical to for example the slope on a screw?

Got it. Helix angle is on pulley/ capstand: the angle of grooves with the axis of rotation while, the cable may not be necessary at the same angle as helix angle, so the angle of cable with a line perpendicular to the axis of rotation is the fleet angle. That is why when there are no grooves helix angle may change.

this class is awful, the professor is not good explaining the theory, even it say that he doesn´t know why happen the things

He said that because as long as you understand the concept it doesn't matter.
