Fun fact: The red liquid in steak isn't blood. It's water mixed with Myoglobin. Myoglobin is what's responsible for transporting the oxygen to the blood which also gives it it's color. It leeches out of the tissue over time.

Steak doesn't have blood in it people lmao. The cow is completely drained of blood before any steak cuts are made. All the red juices you see from a steak is just a protein called myoglobin which is very good for you. I cant tell you how hard I've cringed when I serve a perfectly cooked and juicy steak and the customer wants to send it back because "ew, I need my steak cooked more I don't like all that blood" and you can't convince them it's not actually blood not matter how hard you try.😑

my USEC to BEAR dogtag and kills combos seem to lean towards there being about 2-1 USEC to BEAR in the states. Makes those bear tag challenges that much harder for us here but I can imagine USEC would be hard to find in your area
