in the manual it says you should always place it horizontal (flat) . is there really a risk to keep it vertical ?

After filling 1 time, how many seconds does it work at maximum pressure? Electricity is 100 meters away where I will use it. When the pressure in the tube is depleted, I will fill the tube and come back to continue working.
