Stanny i hope you see this my names ryan these past months with school i think have sadly ruined who i think i once was, i have had multiple nervous break downs with scary panic attacks that have led to some weird fainting, i also get this weird heart pain that i never had when im stressed like it slows down or its a pressure idk, i always look to others for my validation and never myself for what i need and want you truly effected the world today im in a State called Wisconsin and you calmed me down thank you for allowing me to see that i dont need anything but what i feel is right for myself idk im scared i wont get back to my self and enjoy simple things but you opened my eyes with your message it showed me personally that im going down a hole that i dont even want to be down and its harming me it might be worth something to someone else but its not worth it to me and i can see now clearly that im not helping myself doing this it is hurting me bad, i want to lose my suicidal thoughts its ignorant i hate them it angers me and changes how i treat others i need to dig myself out and think about Ryan and do what's best for me along side with what i enjoy, thank you so much for your message im sorry i just dont have the words to describe how this video has helped me appreciate the perspective on life you've given me today i couldn't tell you everything about how this has helped but it has helped a lot i just wanted to let you know your changing the world no matter how big or small you helped me and I'm truly grateful and i appreciate you wanting to share this I wish all the best for you one love!!!
