It could be considered technically correct and it does follow grammatical convention, but because “Japanese” is usually used as an adjective to describe something more than a noun, a native English speaker would add “person”. I’d say it’s actually a valid way to say the sentence and had a bit of foreign charm to it without sounding incorrect, so you could say it the way you were saying it. It is a sure sign that you’re a native Japanese person though. Honestly your English is very good.

I believe the music used in this was the legit music used in the N64 Evangelion game. This creator made the visuals (quite beautifully as well) and used the music from the actual Evangelion game that just happed to use the same Mario 64 soundfont. I only know this cause I read the other comments as well as the comments made by the creator (who responded to you and I'll say again, this video is quite a masterpiece).
