Sorry about your "Battle Wound", but I'd say it seems like it was well worth it for the great times, and wonderful memories you made with your beautiful family. I see so much of your in Claire, it's adorable. I miss those days, as my kids are all grown and moved out now, but my son just had his first son, so I'm looking forward to making some new great memories. And the Madison's are a great time to watch as they get more and more into the sport and better at it. Maybe someday, one or both of them can run their own charters as well. I wish I could make you an offer on your Freeman, they really seem like such great boats. It's just a little out of my league and being that I'm in the PNW, it's just not the ideal boat for going offshore in these Pacific waters. It seems everyone has closed cabin, metal hull boats. Thank you again for such a great video. Always a pleasure and I look forward to the next one.

There’s over 40 private charter boats at Bud n Mary’s Marina. We have our 42’ Freeman “Broad Minded” available for charter for up to 6 people. But if you call the marina office at 305-664-2461 they can find both an offshore and inshore boat for you. Depending how many people are in your group you may be able to get a smaller offshore boat, or if you want a cabin with ac and a bathroom there’s options for that too

Does line color matter when your out on the water, i notice the white blends in too much with the reflection off the water. ( its what I have ) going to HI Vis Yellow... Thanks Mike! Hi Vis lines are great for us to see but for certain species of fish we don’t use it unless you have a long leader. Fish Like yellowtail snapper or Blackfin tuna can be pretty smart.
