When things get rough in our normal day to day lives I know for a FACT I can turn on #StanzFam #BlueGabe and the old Deer Meat and have some sort of peace and comfort knowing it’s there. The salt does not change the temperature of the ice. It changes the melting temperature. The fresher the ice the better. Old ice reaches nearly 32 degrees. Fresh ice can be as cold as the freezer it was made in. Why not bleed the fish for even better table fare?
