This one is easy, you could even solve it without any guesswork at 5:40. Just notice that E3 is not a star, and h3 h4 are not stars as well. You can then colorize 3 of the 4 bottom regions. From there you can colorize the top-mid region, and the rest of the board as well. After that it is trivial.
