From where Dev Anand got the money to make nonsensical movies for the last 20 years of his career is a complete mystery. They would not even last for a week in the handful of theaters which agreed to release them. Gangster, Main Solah Baras Ki, Mr Prime Minister, Love at Times Square, Chargesheet, etc are among the worst films made anywhere in the world. But they were unintentional comedies so you could watch them for a few good laughs.
