Unless my math is wrong - in a Cutlass Black, which you say is the ship where you start to get diminishing returns on size, even if you filled your cargo hold entirely with SLAM (which is not possible due to low stock), you'd still be unable to make 2 million UEC per hour. Jumptown SLAM buy price is 12,770.5 (and there can only ever be a max stock of 17 SCU) and if you sell it in the best place (CRU-L5 Beautiful Glen Station) at 17,885.01 per SLAM sale, you'd make 5114.51 per sale. This means that a (impossible) 40 SCU cargo hold of SLAM would have a total profit of 204580.4 UEC. This means to make around 2 million UEC you'd need to do 10 trips. 60 minutes divided by 10 trips is 6, meaning you'd have to complete a sale every six minutes. You are only selling one-way (you aren't buying anything at CRU-L5), and the trip time is 3 minutes there (from Daymar), and 3 minutes back (to Daymar), plus manual flight time to Jumptown (say 1-2 minutes). You are then looking at LEAST 7 minutes of total travel time, not including buying SLAM, selling SLAM, docking, etc. It is not possible, let alone plausible, to make 2 million UEC in one hour transporting SLAM (or any other drug that you yourself buy). I understand the need for clickbait, but in a game like Star Citizen you will literally be wasting hours of someones life because they are attempting to attain an impossible goal that you set out for them.

Your calculation is largely correct. The maximum profit you can make per route jumptown to cru5 is 235,000 auec if there is enough product availability, e.g. during the week mornings. Each flight takes about 6.2 minutes if you don't use any tools like a teammate you can jump on directly. Under the best circumstances, almost 2.3 million are possible. I think it's a shame to accuse me of clickbait after I explicitly say that 2 million per hour is possible. Trading depends on many factors such as time of day, server performance. Your own experience and skills also play a huge role. But I am very happy that you have obviously looked into it and know what you are talking about 👍

Landing 10 times in a row in Jumptown without having to deal with pirates, lags, glitches is imho not realistic. I appreciate your guides and what you do in general here, but titles like this make me feel really underachieving or so, I mean, I struggle to get some RMC from Pickers Field to Orville without getting ganked or dieing due to lag or some odd bug and then I look into youtube and see video titles about making 2m/h ... It raises frustration and from that the frustration and the feel of not being able to get along gets bigger Sorry for my awkward english, I still hope you know what I mean

You forgot to say , the Outposts that sell this , not have the supply sometimes , most of the times , because other players already passed their So you dont have nothing but Waste to carry because no one carries that ! Just one very valuable tip, make sure u will not jump directly to a planet or moon. Idw why i lost almost 1mi on just one trade cause my ships jumps directly to the moon and exploded. I can manage cancel the jump 2 times, but the 3rd time i did not on time. If u have a few money u maybe be fucked cause u will not have money to buy more goods :P

The bug is bad when something like this happens. But canceling jumps also has the advantage that the course becomes more unpredictable for pirates 😅

As a side note, stop telling newbies to power off their ships in flight around a gravity well. Gravity is NOT your friend. If you wish to stop a QT trip in the middle, *long-press B to turn off the Quantum drive* yet remain powered and responsive no matter how slow server response is being. It even brings up your shields etc, a useful thing to do *before* a Quantum Snare becomes active.
