Star Citizen: 3.24 Persistent Hangar Failure

Bug Evidence for unable to go to persistent hangar. WHen outside unable to get a gateway to land. Unable to summon ships. Unable to take elevator to hangar.

I have the same issue - I found an issue council and added a vote to it. It seems pretty common. I've no idea what triggers it and don't know of a workaround.

@@LMMSDeadDuck there isn’t a work around. I have contributed to the same issue council post. Was the point of this upload. All the uploads on this playlist are specifically to attach to issue council incidents. The root cause is that your personal persistent hangar gets put into an inaccessible state. So, you can’t summon ships or get a hangar on your home location.

Is this still an issue for you? Just curious if it fixed itself at any point? I had this happen yesterday at grim hex and cannot leave the station without turning myself into the law instead of evading it lol

Have you found a way to fix it? This same issue happened to me once, i read on the cig faq that if you had ships parked on the sides of the hangar to claim all of them, i did that and it worked, i was ablw to get back in. After that i decided to no longer leave ships parked around the hangar. Few days later i got locked out again, its been 2 weeks now cant get in.

@@Guap426 no there isn’t really a dick. I had to get someone to take me off the planet and buy to the station. Elevators outside of your home location. It fixed itself when they released the next patch and I have not had it since.

had this issue a few weeks back. then it started working again after a few days. now having the same problem again -_- at least i managed to sell my cargo before this happened >.

@@jamespruitt4756 I haven’t had the issue since 3.24.1 dropped. I don’t know if they identified the root cause but it is happening a lot less in 3.24.1. In effect it is your personal hangar is inaccessible for some reason. I would recommend updating the issue council incident and letting them know you are still experiencing it in this patch version.

Try leaving arpcorp to go to a different station and try somewhere else, old bug coming back.

It is not an old bug. Can’t be an old bug when the personal hangar system didn’t get added until this patch. My entire play group is stuck on ArcCorp at the moment because we cannot access our personally owned persistent hangars. Video was to attach to the open issue council post.

@@jaelzana My friend had a similar issue a few days ago and I gave him one of my ships to fly to a different station. he could request his ships fine after that.

@@MrDraftkid yeah, it isn’t an issue requesting ships. It is an issue accessing personal persistent hangars. It is just home location that gets messed up. You cannot access your persistent hangar at any other location. Those other locations give you public hangars, which works fine. There is no work around to access your persistent hangar though.
