Do things you put on your shelf in your ship get insured now aswel as weapons or will they dissapear if blown up?

They definitely get stored when you put the ship away, but yes they are gone once the ship is destroyed, I have had a 30k in the middle of nowhere and clicked ok on the black screen, then upon relog the items were in the ship in the station..maybe just lucky
