If it dont work, try to move camera to see if there is not another place where "get up" button appears and if you see, try it there. At crew beds in Reclaimer, on top bed first time I did not see it too in that menu, but friend told me to look at ladder and when get up button popped out, I was able to see it. Dunno if it helps, maybe, try it
