Good day. Ok first tip when you put the weapons in your ship hit "I" for inventory then drag them from the ground into either the ships inventory or the stations local inventory. You can then sell them at a ships weapon shop. Second you asked about the tractor beam and movement. You can rotate the item by holding "R" for rotate and moving your mouse in the direction you wish to turn said item. If you are next to a item or a few items you would like you can use the inventory screen and drag them into the local inventory. You may have to right click and turn the camera view a little to get the right angle to get the items in the right view orientation before you can drag them all over to the inventory first. Hope this helps a little. o7
