Great video!! I love the looks of the redeemer. However...fast forward to now, it's hardly a good ship to play solo and it requires turret crew to become effective. The turn rate is slightly, just very slightly better than the Starfarer... so as a solo pilot, good luck keeping targets in the front.

The Redeemer is going to be the top tear bounty hunting ship for small crews of hunters. And with the two SCU being perfectly fitted for a prisoner pod I can not wait until we get bounty hunting 2.0! I don't regret melting a few ships to afford this beast in the slightest.

Because you mentioned the "max crew": It is also limited by the life support system. So you probably can't just fill every seat and bed.

I love it but since the turret traverse got hit with the nerf hammer my buddies who occasionally act as my gunners complain and hit a lot less when dealing with light and medium fighters. I’d may rather have quad size 4 turrets over the dual size 5’s.

I own one but haven't been able to get it to spawn since it came out to the PU. Fantastic ship though! I jump in as many gunner seats for strangers as I can.

Do you mean it won't show up on the ASOP terminal? I had the same issue and account reset is the only thing that fixed it for me.

I love my Redeemer, I feel as if they are going to strip a shield from it in the future although I'm happy if they keep it the way it is. I'm not a big fan of nerfing things I'd rather they added fire power/shield power where needed. definitely hope they add higher tier missions and bounties. I want to see capital ships in game and whole fleet battles. bring on the Polaris, Perseus, BMM and Idris

Love the Redeemer it’s a shame it lost its crane, wish CIG would sale the gravity plates I would like to carry a Ranger Bike in the rear. Other than that love the ship own it from the beginning. Well worth the long wait.

Hallo again. Another nice vid, with good attention to detail! I like listening to you - I hope that doesn’t sound weird (I’m married to a woman btw., no need to worry, haha) That bored gamer guy gets me annoyed as soon as he opens his mouth - to you I could listen an hour or more. Got a Redeemer myself. Agree on everything you said. I also have Attrition Lasers mounted, hrhr. I think they should make the Redeemer extremely manouverable, but not very fast, for balance reasons. Otherwise it might become too OP. Gun wise it’s a good group ship. So I don’t think it’s too overpowered in that regard. You can’t solo it. Looking forward to the Idris Vid. Greetz

Tha is for the video PIN. The vessel has more positives than negatives. With that said, something I'd like to point out when I'm considering a ship for purchase. 1) Means of additional egress. 2) Actual field repairs of modules that aren't serviceable. If Im not able to physically move some thing in and out easily without damage. It becomes a factor for me. 3) If it's a larger vessel. It needs to be defendable if boarded. To many of these crafts are ricochet magnets for grenades. Also if someone gets in. There is nothing stopping a boarding party from planting a charge. Everyone is trapped above with no way out. Current state non of that matters. Just have fun with friends. Just something to consider.

I know right, this is like perseus little brother aka the redeemer, while we all waiting on big brother perseus to come out, redeemer is like good entry level for crew requirements and firepower for upcoming perseus.

Beautifully designed war ship, Almost too good, might be nerfed in future?, So you could carry 13 (3-4 flight crew/ 9-10 assault troops)

It would be tricky to nerf, as its only super devastating fully crewed but who knows it could be. I like the idea of assault troops however I feel the valkyrie is certainly more fine tuned for that role.

To be fair, the turret rotational speed has been nerfed. This ship is meant to be effective when crewed.

Im soloing it on the group's ERTs, and its doing very well! The 2xS3 shields really makes a difference, looks like a Tank.

I’ll be honest, not feeling the redeemer. I love aegis and can’t really say anything bad about the redeemer, just not for me.
