Star Ocean 1 (SO1) - Looter attempts

It's an interesting battle. I wouldn't settle for fighting it just once.
Preparation, RNG, and execution all play a big role here. Pulling off that first Kuuhazan chain successfully alone makes a big difference, and it can be really tough. If the Looter starts coming at you as soon as possible, you have just a handful of frames to pull it off.
I should've been using Oukahakkeshou instead of Uraoukasakkou, since the last hit usually just whiffs.
I go fight a normal battle a few times to mix things up with the RNG.
