The two was definitely ridiculous. There have been a lot of weak videos, but this was not one of them. Diana was beautiful in her video, but her on stage performance was terrible.

One of the members of New World, Dominic Lucero, later appeared in the 1992 Disney musical "Newsies" and the first season of Nickelodeon sketch comedy series "Roundhouse"; but was diagnosed with lymphoma shortly after the first season ended production and ultimately passed away on July 1, 1994)

No, she shouldn't have. She was beautiful, but was not good on stage or when speaking. Symba was great at those things and had a better personality. She was the grand champion of this season for a reason. Symba-4 and Diana-3 for me with Diana lucky to get the 3 because of her beauty. If she had just okay looks, she would have gotten a 2 for her subpar performance.

Chrissy Bryan was better than Anita Whitaker. The judgement is usually right on for everything but whaaaaaaat ?

I disagree. Chrissy had a thin voice. There were two times in this performance where her voice actually cracked and let her down. Anita is a grand champion with a perfect record for a reason.
