Star Trek Online - Any T6 will do, part 2. Europa Heavy Battlecruiser

Another ship that gets a lot of negative comments is the Europa Heavy Battlecruiser. While it does have some valid complaints about it's stats it is still completely capable of doing Advanced or (on a team) Elite content. Here is a decent build for it and a solo run of the first section of an ISA.
