Hey dilegentelectron and wikct2, Thank you for the comments. I agree with you to an extent. Most American's remain ignorant about anything outside the USA. They do not see the beauty of othetr cultures. Its both ignorance and arogance. As I life long New Yorker I'm thankful that I can witness daily culture from all over the world. Lu Siquin is a wonderful violinist. Very lyrical in his playing. He seems to limit his performance career inside China. This Lincoln Center performance is a rarity. Not sure why he does not has a business manager going for a broader international career. He should play the great violin concertos more often.
