I served on the Sanctuary Moon for about five months. Was part of Tempest, assigned to foot patrols. From what I could get from the other stormtroopers on base with me, I learned that the Ewoks tried to sabotage blasters by putting flowers into them the first time around. Though honestly, that sounded like a peace offering to me. Still hard to believe that the little man-eaters actually tried diplomacy before resorting to straight up war. The first thing a trooper on the Moon learns is to never, ever get assigned to a night patrol. Ever.
