Just like you, I burst into tears watching this trailer. I just can't believe my eyes, seeing the crew from Rebels in glorious live action. And Lars Mikkelsen is going to murder it with his performance of Thrawn. This looks so beautiful and Ahsoka is my favorite Jedi of them all.

I find it amazing when the voice actor is able to carry over to live action like this. I think there are some characters where we need their voice to believe it. And Ashoka, right? Non-Star Wars fan are gonna be so lost. What we are getting here is Rebels Season 5. It's such a trip seeing these characters in live action. I'm cautiously optimistic with this. I need to disconnect my "head canon" and just go with it. Sabine looks amazing. They nailed the casting. There is an actress and cosplayer named Rei Kennex that I think resembles Ahsoka more so than Rosario Dawson.....but I get it. Rosario was Filoni's favorite from the get-go and we need some star power behind the series. I have the problem that I can't seem to switch off my disbelief at times. I get it in my head that a character I'm (for example) reading about will "look a certain way" (Shit.....to me, Harry Bosch always looked like Stacy Keach) and then when a movie adaptation comes along, the characters don't match what was in my head. It's an issue I have😁. Like, Imho, the character of young Han Solo should have been given to Anthony Ingruber (Age Of Adeline) but they screwed the pooch and went with Spielberg's pick. Let's face it....Solo was a big pooch screw (3 directors, double the budget, etc. The list goes on) Ok....rant over. I'm just nervous for this show. I want it to affect me like The Manalorian did. I want them to crush it and break the internet.

I cracked up at Edith - Isn't that Kenobi's wife? hahahaha re: Hera! (the actor is married to Ewan Mcgregor) - so funny! I'm not a book person but Edith is and I've heard her say the exact same thing about how you picture a character in your head before you see them in live action. And I am so with you on wanting so badly for this show to be a HUGE success and break the internet because it's awesome!

I love you two! 🤘❤💯 So... Fan theory here, so take it with a grain of salt. So the "Dark Jedi," and I mean that. Not Sith, but Dark Jedi. Or, rather, "Gray Jedi." Yes they look antagonistic for sure. But if you look at their faces, especially Ray Stevenson, you'll see no emotion whatsoever... There's no wrath, no rage in their eyes! Not like that of the Sith that we've seen. The younger of the two does look ferocious for sure, but as I said, there's no emotion. They come across as cold, calculating, even robotic. Like they're on a mission! And what's with the off color Light Sabers?! They're not red! They're like a burnt orange. Something just isn't adding up for them to just be Sith. Now as I said, FAN THEROY! Just a fan theory. It could me absolutely nothing. But what if they're just a red herring?!? Anyways, theory time over LOL 😆 I absolutely love your reactions! Keep up the awesome work! ❤💯

(You should see some terrible outfits I've put together hahah) And love this theory! Have you read the Thrawn books? I'm not a reader but Edith is and she was saying what you are saying about the "no emotion" in their faces and they are people controlled by something else. She can explain it way better than I can but I think this series is going to be so exciting with jaw dropping moments for us. It's going to take forever for August to get here. I wonder what day they will release it.. August 30th? LOL

The one she force pushes away from her in that shipyard like place. Right? Keep in mind that it's been quite a long time since Ezra did what he did in Rebels. Quite a long time indeed. What if... and go with me on this... What if that "inquisitor" IS IN FACT... EZRA?!?!?! They're the right size and build for him! What if Ezra was corrupted by Thrawn?!?!?!??!?!? And this is before Ahsoka finds out that she's fighting Ezra?!.... Food for thought. Just saying...

And I tried to pause on the light saber during that scene and it sure looks like an Inquisitor saber. And all the stuff in Rebels where Ezra teams up with Darth Maul so it would make sense.
