Might I suggest using a grenade of some kind like a Thermal Detonator for example on those kinds of vehicles or a much more bigger gun?

I usually find full games. Try changing server region to a more active one. Main menu->options->change server region (ping). Used to do it with BF2015 to find a match when the servers started dying, idk if it’ll work for BF2017 though.
