How do you attack while defending damnnn

I do something that's called parrying. Holding down block and attacking at the same moment you block an attack will parry/counterattack it. You can even get two hits in, which some people call an "alpha parry". I have a private video where I try to demonstrate how to perform parries if you are interested. I have tried to explain many of the clips in the comment section with time stamps as well if you are curios about exactly what is happening
