There was this one player, MrsCroft or something like that, most toxic player Ive ever seen, anywhere. He made sure to taunt every single person they 4v1'ed on the enemy team. Even enemies that he didn't kill. You could call them out to a 1v1 or something, it would be good to see that player put in place.
