How do you get into any multiplayer mode I can only get into co-op. And even then that’s a struggle!

You'll need to change servers to Virginia or Oregon where there's more people and try it around 9pm to 2am on their time

I don't really know Xbox but if it's same as pc try go to settings->ea account->multiplayer settings and change the ping site
