Star Wars Black Series DIN DJARIN & GROGU (The Mandalorian) Target Exclusive Figure Review

I got this pack for free. I ordered it to be picked up at one of my local Target stores. Due to the bad weather, I didn’t pick it up right away. I got a notice from Target that it had been picked up. I called CS right away and they reimbursed me the money since I didn’t pick up the figure. They also advised me to swing by the store. If the item was still available, I would get it for free. Surprisingly, the item was still there. The actual store made a mistake and marked it as “picked up”. The first time I stumbled upon this pack I left it behind because I was disappointed with the face sculpt. But I’m glad I got it at the end. Great review! 👍🏽

That's a pretty unique way of getting it for free! Cool that Target honored their mistake. The face sculpt is an insult to Pedro Pascal, but it's still a great figure overall and the accessories made it easily worth it! Thanks for watching, Estar. -Justin

Nice review! I think the figure is as good as the regular Beskar mando release (with an unflattering, not even Pedro Pascal, let’s settle on Peter Pasckall) headsculpt. The hover-pram, tracking fob and the Beskar ingots are nice added accessories though.

Great set Nate. Honestly, i had no problem getting mine, i preordered it as soon as it went up then a month or so later it arrived but i do know a lot of collectors have found this set very difficult to get. Its a shame that the chin does show when the helmet is on but still an amazing figure with some super awesome accessories and who could say no to another Grogu for the collection.Awesome review Nate😎

@Jedimaster 024 I live in the UK and there are some fantastic online stores over here which i preorder from.Every time i have preordered a figure i have always received it and in excellent condition so that is not a concern for me personally and if its going to be a figure that is going to be near on impossible to find in stores i much rather preorder it to make sure i get one before the scalpers get their greedy hands on them sending the prices through the roof. I can not speak for everyone but preordering figures certainly works for me.😎

uncle mike says if u push the head down into the chest and push hard u can cover up his chin, and hes right it does cover up for the most part... i really dont like that plastic cape either so do what i did, head to goodwill buy a brown ladies top for a buck and grab some thread , eventually ull have a cape you are happy with that looks pretty decent... i love all the accessories as well, and my new mo is to try and make everything for my black series that comes with the hottoy big brother. while not always a success its fun to try!!! as always looking forward to the next video so stay safe guys!!!

Great review. I just recently put the helmet on the figure because I got tired of looking at that funky face sculpt. All in all it is the pram and accessories that make this a good release. A great head sculpt & soft good cape would have elevated this to possibly one of the best ever.

Definitely recommend getting a third party custom cape for this. Makes him look 10,000 times better especially if it’s a wired cape. I recommend rebel10customs on Instagram. Her capes are insanely detailed with the tattered ends and little holes throughout and looks great on my mando as well as being pretty cheap

@Jedimaster 024 It was an exclusive to a toy super store called smyths, which is kinda awkward considering there aren’t as many about as there would be targets. I tried for like 4 months to get a preorder but kept getting apology emails saying it was cancelled. They eventually even gave me a £5 gift card so I just broke down a bought it of a scalper. I can definitely tell you that we do not get figures first in the uk, at least that’s what it seems like, because I see countless reviews of figures on KZbin that haven’t even launched in the uk.

@Jedimaster 024 in order to have an exclusive in the uk, you have to have a Walmart or wall greens. So everything is available, although it costs more, and if is really popular like the exclusive black series Armouror, then it's available in very limited numbers.

Cool, this was only available in the uk at Smiths Toys (used to be TRU''s main competition) non of the other usual e-tailers got any. I guess Hasbro did did not do a massive run, figuring there would be low demand on this. We all know if it has a limited run everyone wants one. Are you guys on fb?

Nice, but I gave up Disney Star Wars a couple of weeks ago. I was always much more a military guy, loved my Joe's so much more than Star Wars so I'm going straight GIJoe, Action Force, and Marauder Gun Runners. Wish you guys luck and success but I'm done with Star Wars just don't care anymore.
