The Jedi would preach about mercy and restraint, but when it came to Palpatine, Mace was about to do exactly what Anakin did to Dooku. They are all hypocrites, and that's the point.

No the alternate version was Anakin defeating and killing Windu. Lucas literally originally WROTE it that way. Anakin would’ve clapped Windu by that point. There’s no debating it. Lucas said it himself. He wrote it that way; it wasn’t changed until late on production, after they had already even filmed some of the fighting between them 2. Where do you think the videogame adaption gets that from??

Mace windu: i have restored peace but i use my emotions my anger for what he did for the war he start it that was not the jedi way anakin was right but i felt so good the wrong motion of the power(evil laughing, mace windu forces lightning, and becomes emperor windu, and continuing evil laughing).

Yeah right. Anakin/Pre-suit Vader would’ve clapped Windu just like he did Dooku onboard the Invisible Hand. The very same Dooku that used to beat Windu all the time before he even left the Jedi Order and became even more powerful as a Sith... Lucas originally WROTE it that way, with Anakin defeating and killing Windu to become Vader. They even did some of the filming for it; it wasn’t changed to him just cutting Windu’s hand off and Sidious finishing him off until late in production. Like that’s where the film’s videogame adaption GETS it from. It was based on the original screenplay just like the novelization. Both of which were in development (they had to be) before the film was ever released.

@@ic3berg339 Play the actual ROTS official videogame adaption.. Not some Jedi Academy remake mod.. Vader smokes Windu; like I said, it is based off the original screenplay because it obviously had to be in production before the film came out; and Vader claps him because that is how Lucas originally WROTE it. It is what WOULD have canonically happened if they had fought. There is no getting around that. Vader/Anakin wins with zero debate.

With Anakin fighting and killing Windu to become Vader. Then dropping his saber saying “what have I done” and the scene plays out the same from then onward. Where do you think the ROTS videogame adaption GETS that from??? Directly from the original screenplay that it was based off of. It wasn’t changed until late in production to the way we saw it play out in the film. The videogame adaption was being made alongside the film, they both take a long time to make. So, of course it couldn’t have been based off the film’s final theatrical version. It was based off the way Lucas originally wrote it. It is officially what WOULD have happened had they fought. There’s no “could have beat him” about it, he WOULD have beaten and then killed him. Lucas said it himself.
