Thanks for the info regarding TFP's basic. He's part of my Empire "B" team for GW, but it never occurred to me to add him to my Rancor TM removal team of Teebo lead, QGJ, Fives, Chewie and STHan (I don't have Rex or Phasma). I'll probably swap out STHan for TFP and see how it goes.

This was the team I ran when I was doing the raid. I consistantly scored 8-10 mil. The only issue I had was TFP was moded too fast, so he fed the rancor tm. Once I lowered his speed a bit, this team crushed the rancor every time!

hahaha have been using the exact lineup for quite a while now, max score of 9.2 million... :D with a G8 Phasma!! :D I get through P2 and P3 without any attacks from the rancor and partly autoplaying. as soon as you have the rancor set up with speed, tenacity and defense down auto only basic works rather good, I only turn it off when the rancor gets to more than 75% tm, do 2-3 regular attacks and turn it on again. mostly around 10% damage on auto, lets me finish in significantly less than 90 minutes! G8 Teebo, G10 quigon, G11 Rex, G11 TFP und G8 Pharma :D Gonna have my first 20 zetas on thursday, but since I have a bad ID and this works as well as it does Im probably not going to give it to Vader as originally planned...

whata you think about replacing phasma w Jawa for speed down? so Teebo, Elder, Qui-Gon, Rex and Jawa. Or even Teebo, Elder, scout, Rex and Qui-Gon, 4/5 of those toons can remove turn meter plus it has the ewok synergy going on. One more squad I'm thinking about trying is Teebo, scout, Qui-Gon, Rex, and tusken raider, all which remove turn meter. Lemme know what you think please!

+Tom G Jawa dont work as well I tried him a while ago didnt have great sucess he may work now with Tenacity down applied from TFP but was really hard to apply speed down and previous attempts. Yeah team sounds good and it has worked in the past but you need alot of potency if your not applying Tenacity down

+cringer of greyskull I dunno buddy my Guild members had 12 soloing with Zeta Vader and this was my only way to solo with what I had to get top 10. Of course it depends what Guild your in and what others are doing but its a good way to increase score if your not into Zeta Vader or cant get any Zetas yet.

Silly Question but... I get why Phasma, Rex, Teebo and QGJ are used...but why TFP. Is there another toon to swap in for him? is TFP only there for DPS? Wouldn't any of these be viable replacement? Magma Trooper? Boba? Fives (Speed down double attack)? Vader DoT's and chance to remove TM? Thanks

Here's there for Tenacity down on his basic. Dengar used to be popular for this, but TFP is actually more consistent. Plus he's more useful in other areas of the game too.

I use the Dengar method only because I'm not in the long term mood to farm up TFP. Either way you look at it, TFP or Dengar both rely on a critical hit to give Tenacity Down. I use Phasma in squad so I can guarantee Tenacity Down with Victory March and should Phasma fail at Speed Down, Dengar can give the rancor a butt stroke the head and apply speed down too. Plus he also has the chance for assist attack (on debuffed target) which can sometimes pull Teebo or Rex for an additional TM down attack. Magma Trooper has a good AoE TM down, not sure how well he would work in Rancor... never tried Boba won't do much unless you are pairing with a Zeta Vader for added DoT's Fives is good, but you already have Phasma for Speed Down and as awesomely annoying as he is, even double attack isn't a lot of damage (6-8k) so better to bring the TM management vs the damage. Though his assist attack can be hand to have a chance of pulling Rex or Teebo for an added TM down attack, but don't rely on it. I know one of the earlier strategies was to have Tusken raider, as he does some good TM down, but then again so does CW Chewie and that's on his basic attack. I think either of those guys would simply rely on being geared well enough and having the potency mods.

I'd probably replace Phasma by fives and that team would be even better, fives can call an ally so it can potentially (75% chance) bring someone who can reduce turnmeter. But then again I don't have phasma so I don't know him all that well. What's your thought on that ?

+Antoine Rostagnat Fives is good if not omegaed if omegaed basic he feeds the Rancor too much TM and can cause issues but with Teebo being fixed it may work out ok

if you can stand the grind, farm dengar, the go teebo, rex, qgj, phasma, and of course dengar. tfp isnt very good. use as much ootency over speed by far. i solo t7 within 45 to an hour. but thats not what you really wanna do though as other guildies will want a turn.

Fives does well for Speed down but no TM down. If you need a TM down toon, also try Chewie, Tusken Raider, Magma Trooper, Jyn, Yoda

How do you get TFP leveled up? I can only get cantina shards for him and it takes FOREVER!! The other 3 have FTP store bought shards. Is there a better way to farm him? I have him at 5 STARS now and it's going VERY SLOW.

Perhaps QGJ. You would have to see how much turn meter Bistan removes in comparison to him. Probably far more if you can get his potency up a decent amount.
