My cousin was a tractor beam operator on ISD Valor... He died 5 years after graduating with honors from the Imperial Academy on Coruscant as a result of a cowardly terrorist attack on the Imperial Navy carried out by a small group of hateful rebels from Sullust... They became radicalized after watching illegal holographs blaming the Alderaan disaster on the Empire, which is why I think the Imperial Senate should either take a stand against hate speech (instead of wasting time debating wookie-human marriage again) or be dissolved completely... For those wondering, I might actually be able to pinpoint where this ambience would be on the bridge. I’ll also briefly explain the station in case it adds to your immersion. though the audio is fictional as well as the actual bridge and such... the actual position of this ambience would be somewhere around the back of sides of the bridge area of the image on screen. Roughly in its own little pocket away from most chatter. My guess would be on the starboard or port side next to the back window area. It’s sandwiches between three walls, with a large window in front. It is one of the furthest views from port or starboard from the bridge. I say this because the operator (you) is not talking or communicating himself but appears to be monitoring either flight or ground communication. Likely the station where orders from commanding officers are given but actual orders from the top would be rarely communicated directly to the field hence why it wouldn’t be used in this hour’s worth of shot. Additionally you don’t hear much button pushing as you would hear in the pits next to the bridge walkway as well as chatter from co-worker or private conversation above you from the officers. Hence why I don’t believe it is the actual pit. The footsteps are light but is likely just patrol and officer/worker traffic in and out of the bridge. ADDITIONALLY THERE ARE A TON OF DROIDS. It’s likely you work beside one but it could also be near a droid corridor. Droids typically share the side of the walkway with the crew to stay out of the way but it is possible this bridge has its own door (like a dog door) for the mouse droids you keep hearing. The mouse droids merely transport data between he bridge and storage.. likely combat data from the battle below. ALSO also.. the tie fighters make frequent passes. Likely the patrol group sweeping around the ship for protocol during the ground battle that’s many miles below.. sounds like several squadrons are coming in and out to dock, likely to rearm from the battle. Yes.. a quiet little corner where you mind your own work and listen to the daily ambience of bridge life...

@pseudonymousbeing9875 жыл бұрын
@@wjzav1971 Well that's fair enough bro. I thought what they accomplished with Allegiant General Pryde in TROS was quite reminiscient of the old days which contrasted heavily with the rest of the FO. That is the point of course, that the rest of the first order are young, completely inexperienced arrogant children of the empire like Hux. They're not battle hardened Imperial officers from the core who grew up during the clone wars and now serve a stable and all controlling empire. It's okay to miss the good old days but I don't understand why people critisize the first order for its nature. What's so wrong with the realism of this young generation trying to imitate their predecessors but being lesser than them? People say stuff like wow Kylo is just an emo Vader rip off. Well yeah, that's the point, well done, you got it. He's trying to be Vader, and he's failing, for the most part, he does succeed in places Vader failed. That's besides the point, people pretend like these flaws in our villians is something to complain about in the movies. I think it's adding depth and complexity. Why is it bad?

Sound is just an energy wave, vibrations. The inside of the Star Destroyer has air, sound travels, and isn’t a vacuum. The vibrations from the TIE engines penetrate the hull and sound is heard inside.

The sound is an in-atmosphere recording of the vehicle (in this case a Tie Fighter) played at a volume consistent with the range and approach of the vehicle in question. A rather elegant way to inform the entire bridge without breaking focus from individual tasks.
