I like it but I'd switch samurai for daimyo, both referencing the title he'd take in Book of Boba Fett and Boba's grandfather, Jaster Maerel, wasn't the head of a Mandalorian Clan, he was the head of a Mandalorian House making daimyo the closer equivalent.

You can view the Mandalorian clans as ninja clans. These were not led by daimyo. Hattori Hanzo, for example, was head of the Iga ninja clan, but subservient to Tokugawa Ieyasu. Hanzo was himself a rather low-ranking samurai, but the ninja had their own hierarchy.

I really loved that everyone was turned into humans, with great success. A movie like this would be so cool. However for millennial falcon I would've used a boat, that poor horse better be the most powerful stalion ever to carry our heroes to Hokkaido... especially since the town will have been razed by Vador and would be a smoking wreck by the time the get in view of the dock.

Those images are fantastic! I'd love to see a film like this. George Lucas was heavily inspired by Akira Kurosawa's samurai epics like Hidden Fortress, so it would be going full circle. I've got a T-shirt from when I lived in Japan of a samurai-stormtrooper and there were more characters re-imagined on shirts and posters where I got it, so this idea's been out there a while. Hats off to the artist(s) who made these inspiring pictures.

This is GREAT! The only thing I would have made different is the Millennium Falcon which I would have opted for a sail ship like the HMS Interceptor from Pirates of the Caribbean. After all, the Millennium falcon was only used as transportation between planets which would be akin to transportation between prefectures or clan territories (Islands) of feudal Japan...
