One of the things I like the most about these games is the extra sfx used during the fights, from the guard breaks to the finishers. All those whooshing force noises add some extra build up and pay off when Cal finally takes out an enemy during a cool finisher.

The staff lightsaber has this hidden movset (not really hidden) but if u just spam square it's a combo, if u hold square on each hit its a totally different combo. More hits too it's a skill in it's upgrade tree, try it out guys.

@@D00RYA well yeah, he may not be considered a master in any form, but he is a proficient user un all of them, seen as he’s been capable of defeating Dagan (High Republic renowned Knight), Bode (Jedi Sentinel) and Rayvis (Gen’Dai with many Jedi killed) and as the game lets you use any stance you want, canonically he can beat them with all of them. That said, he is master of no form, so put against a master of any form he would be outclasses in that respective form. The thing is, Cal is a jack-of-all-trades, so he doesn’t need to beat a master of, let’s say Soresu, using Soresu. He instead can switch to Soresu’s counter which would be Makashi, and beat him. Or put against a Makashi user he can switch to Djem So and beat him…

the crossguard stance has a heavy feel but cal can do tricks on it in one hand when turning the saber off, its weird.

I believe it has to do with the length of the blade, as the blade is longer than Cal's Normal saber, which is what Cal trained with.: Reference to Din also having a struggle with an uneven blade via darksaber. He can do easier 1-handed strikes with single saber as Cal's used to the feel of that specific length, make the blade longer and it'll feel the plasma forcing it differently.

Blaster stance was weird at first but having given it a lot of time there are areas where it excels. Only wish I didn't have to go to a meditation point to even select them. Would have been cool to come up with combo's cycling through all of the stances.

i do wish they would let you equip all the stances at any giving time, like make the right stance selection into a tab (when you hold down the button) with all of the stances ready to be equipped, and the left stance selection can be a primary stance which you can always go back to on the fly on the combat system you'd enjoy the most like my left stance would be the single lightsabre blade stance because I only need the one (hate using duel blades and twin blades and will only use them if I am achievement hunting cause I'm a achievement hunting W̶H̶O̶---) and the right stance would be situational, and depends what I'm up against, like flying bois - I use pistol Heavy slow enemies - I use greatsword stance and multiple one shot enemies (aka b1s and stromtroopers) I use twin blade stance (would never use cause I don't like this stance and the following stance personally) and multiple non one shot enemies I use duel blades
