I'm not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but Apply Dodge and Cover happens before Modify attack dice, so the cover on the AT-ST prevents the impact keyword from happening on the hits that are covered or dodged.

It doesn’t prevent the keyword from happening… it just stops hits before they convert. If I roll 5 hits and have impact 3 and shooting into heavy cover… dodge and cover hits first to remove two hits then my impact would still convert 3 hits to crits. Thanks for watching! -Joe

Just found this channel, very new to legions but loving what I’m seeing. Looks like a great rap you guys do (salty or not 😅) I’m buying rebel as that’s the only way to go with the force. And so happy that my favourite army in the films (ewoks) is coming to the game. How you would say they are? They look cool are they worth playing though?

Very interesting to see the new BFs in action. Those murder bears were more effective and harder to kill than I had thought. But I wonder if they could succeed against a list with more long range weapons and some supressive keywords. And they seem to need a good gap to play their own objectives.

They don’t like suppression and range for sure. Like a lot of legion units in the game… if you play on a very open map with little terrain it won’t go well or be fun. Thanks for watching! -Joe

That Tempest Force thought they'd tell the heroes of Bright Tree Village that they've yubbed their last nub.... But the Ewoks said nah and just absolutely butchered them. I'm surprised Chewie went down so quickly but he still looks like a powerful piece

Holy yub nub! Those dice pools are insane, I forgot they rolled back dice. I suspect I'll be facing these soon, this helps give an idea of how to deal with the bears. Tempest Force looks interesting, a triple AT-ST list would be fun.

Good game! Theres a few things I would like some insight on. I thought Compulsory moves from speeders had to be straight forward, yet in this game they moved forward AND turn. I read someone mention a rule about Ewok's not removing suppression like normal units but can't find that ruling anywhere, do you know if this is true? it did seem like suppression was not being removed normally.

Compulsory does not have to be straight, just your full speed. It’s in the bright tree village battle force rules on AMG website. They do not remove suppression in the battle force. That’s why I brought a lot of inspire :) thanks for watching! -Joe

How are you guys playing with low profile? I’ve always played you can only go up to heavy cover. But you guys canceled 3 hits with it? 17:08

Low profile was changed a while ago, it no longer increases your cover, but now it makes you cancel one additional hit if you have cover. So if you have low profile and light cover you cancel 2 if you have heavy cover and low profile you cancel 3
