I would like to see an interim movie exploring a youngling who escaped order 66. They grew up on the run, barely being able to use the light side of the force due to a lack of ability and training, but later learned they have incredible power when using the dark side of the force. They use this power to destroy what they can of the empire due to a hatred for what they did to them. They use their powers for personal gain but always have a guilty conscience about it. Then, some time after episode 6, they get wind of Luke and seek him out to help them stay in the light, all while still being hunted by some remnant of the empire. It would cause the character, who grew up in the light, great turmoil that their power lay in the dark. Then, throughout the campaign, they would have several dark episodes, which Luke has to bring them back from (with lightsabers, of course). Eventually, they discover that dark doesn't mean evil, and they learn to balance themselves. Using their dark side when needed, for good. This would cause quite the rub between them and Luke, which eventually leads to a falling out, as Luke can not fully trust them, leaving the character as a wandering force rogue. Someone who has done terrible things but tries to redeem themselves by destroying what they can of the empire, independent from the Rebels.

I am glad people enjoy things that they love! However, I have always wondered if nostalgia plays a role in this franchise. Because a lot of changes made sense and would improve the overall series. Looking forward to hearing what you both think next!
