You should definitely listen to Anne-Sophie Mutter's recording! It's amazing and there's a lot of similarities and differences with your arrangement. She has an entire album of John Williams' music that the composer himself arranged for solo violin and orchestra. :D

Rey's theme, and Daisy's Rey was soooooooo special. She shouldve done the whole thing with mark hamill and warwick davies... Disney overcooked the whole mess by the end. Good fiddlin', sis. You've put the hard yards in with that little instrument.

Nice video, great effort! There are some very interesting ideas in your song. It‘s not a violin concerto though - you‘re missing 20+ minutes and pretty much everything in terms of structure and complexity to fit that term. Still, great what you did, anyway. I actually hope you might turn this into a complete, proper violin concerto of about half an hour one day. Surely would sound great. :)

probably not unfortunately...it would take a lot of time to create a piano reduction for the accompaniment, but also I don't have any way to obtain the licensing rights, unless it changes in the future :-/
