The fact that at 1:11 it shows Luke looking back and it says "someone" and then goes to poor broken Ben as he puts Kylo's helmet on and says "save me". Ben needs saving from himself and the darkside.....😭. I got the chills and it hit deep idk why but it did. (Also sorry i had to say this to someone XD)

Also, his fractured helmet is a reflection of how the act of killing his father split him apart. He is still held together in the darkness, like his helmet, but he can barely hold himself together. He is splitting at the seams, and part of him wants to go back to the light.

Okay, honestly, I think Kylo is still an interesting character than all the rest, but the problem I have with the sequel trilogy is that they did Kylo dirty by not letting him do anything. The focus was on Rey (who I find to be a very boring character) and claimed the name Skywalker? Yeah, no, if you want to focus on a Skywalker, look no further than Ben. He's the true Skywalker.

See, if they gave kylo a scene on crait like vader had in rogue one after the luke scene just in an absolute frenzy or SHOWED him being ruthless more on screen he would still have that fear factor to him . Never happened and he got beat in the first movie by the rookie. After that audience already knows rey is stronger so why even worry about kylo in the slightest. ROS did better at giving him that relentless persuer vibe in some scenes but he still just wasnt that "oh shit it kylo ren, RUN" bad guy unlike vader .

Derpypig 21 that’s complete bullshit. Vader survived his injuries that caused him to need that emergency surgery. And Kylo Ren is supposed to be a more powerful version of Vader being trained by Jedi Grandmaster Luke, and Snoke. Although he may not have reached his full potential he definitely had to have learned something. Plus most force users create a force shield to help protect them from danger to the point that it’s instinctive to throw it up whenever things go sideways. And your telling me Kylo lost because he was shot by a laser? Yes it was Chewies bowcaster but that doesn’t change much. As we see in the film the shot isn’t strong enough to throw Kylo off his feet meaning that his passive force shield absorbed most of the blast. And in a narrative perspective it doesn’t make sense as having the protagonist fight the main villain (or someone of similar caliber) is a good writing technique. But only if the protagonist loses, because then it makes the later conflicts more personal and thrilling, while *also* providing essentially a “call to action” for Rey. But no, she closes her eyes, senses the force, and wins. “Oh but it’s because it’s a kids film” well that’s bullshit to, because Star Wars is supposed to be for everyone, no matter your: age, ethnicity, background, or career. It’s something that everyone can enjoy. And even kids films have the protagonists lose, because that’d be a bad message to tell kids that if you’re a good person you’ll always win, which is a fucking lie. Bullshit in the lore, bullshit compared to basic writing techniques, and bullshit to the fans.

Disney should’ve taken a page from their Marvel branch and properly plan the sequels and wait until the director and writers and Disney all agreed on one good story that works for each episode and doesn’t pull shit out of their asses. Like Rey being a sidious, snoke being his puppet, the first order being a puppet, Rey is force sensitive all of sudden, Rey’s dad being a sidious made from his spirit making rey is daughter technically. And not making stupid plot holes. I liked Kylo ren but compared to Jacen solo his legends version kylo is weak. Dave filoni and Jon favreu should be taking care of Star Wars. I don’t blame JJ for ruining ep9 that’s more on Kennedy and Disney. I feel JJ was a great director choice.

I was really onboard with that... Darth Jar Jar was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so stupid and annoying he could ruin every star wars nerd childhood… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even pretend to be silly and clumsy. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did.
