So I dunno if you're looking for certain characters to sing about but there is a total badass from the Aftermath series named Eleodie Maracavanya. They're a pirate ruler that hijacked the Super Star Destroyer Annihlator, renamed it to Libertys Misrule and made their own sovereign pirate nation after the fall of the 2nd Death Star. Total badass character no one really knows about and fits the star shanties.

Other than that just the Homebrewer stuff me and a pal did for a star wars rp board where we adore your shanties!
