They always boast it's unhealthy to dislike movies so much...to which I say, "Why? They're just movies; none of us are losing sleep over this, so if we sincerely think something sucks, we're gonna say it because it DOESN'T MATTER." I say it's unhealthy to mindlessly consume and have a level of obedience to people you don't know and never will know and that willfully take your money time and time again. What has star wars become, if fans start to talk about propaganda in this context? When it comes to politics, propaganda is a serious topic, but I when I see a video like this one, I have to laugh at it... When it comes to Star Wars (Disney or not) there is allways stuff I like and stuff that I don't like. This is just how things are, but I would never judge someone for liking a product of entertainment. I am happy for all the people and admire them, maybe I am even a bit jealous, that they can find so much joy in something that others have trouble finding joy in. These days, there are so many depressing things happening everywhere, that each of us turns to our preferred form of entertainment and try to imagine the days when things felt easier and if someone is able to watch star wars with those child like eyes, this is amazing. I personally have seen a few videos of Kyle Katarn and his joy feels genuine to me. I think that it is kind of cute how an adult man can find such joy in such simple things that are often times even not written that well and it warms my heart to see this, even if I can't get into a mindset like his myself. There is certainly no use in getting angry about someone like him, since we love Star Wars because we want to get a break from all the anger. Watch what you enjoy and skip what you don't enjoy. Maybe rewatch the originals or try something new... About the "genuinity" of his enjoyment: Since you appear to despise all of the disney content, I can understand how you must think that it is impossible for someone to honestly like so much of the new stuff, but I personally have very different oppinions on the shows. I didn't like Tales of the Jedi, Tales of the Empire, Kenobi and I had some Problems with EpisodeIX or Acolyte, but there where also some things I liked. I loved Bad batch, Andor and I also enjoyed Mando S3. With some shows I stand with the major criticisms that most people seem to have, with others I have my own criticisms and there are some shows that I loved that most people strongly disliked. It is normal to have different oppinions on things and some reasons for why someting is bad micht seem clear to you, but there are allways people that genuinely enjoy something, so it can't be as obvious as you think. It depends on the way that we percieve different things and where we lay the focus when watching a show. Which are the parts that give you personally the most enjoyment? Because I have controversial things that I loved and things I disliked, I know that such disagreement is possible and therefore, I believe someone like Kyle when he talks about the Star Wars stuff he likes. Also if he didn't like it, what would he get out of it? He would pretend to like something that he doesn't like and his reward is being invited to the preimere of another show that he doesn't really like? Getting to exclusive meetings with the people you pretend to be a fan of would only be worth something to you, if you are truly a fan.

I’ve addressed your concerns in my videos and replies to other comments. A quick recap: Yes, Katarn benefits directly from his shilling. No, his joy isn’t genuine for most projects nowadays. You should have the right to like or dislike whatever you like, but when your cross over to 'hating something' that is a reflection on the individual. I like to call that 'the mature adult stance' But to viscerally tear something apart piece by piece, I have to ask, 'What is that individual lacking in their life that is letting their mind unhinge and go into a place where they dwell on something so much it is all consuming' I got other things I need to get done in my life, even leaving a comment here is chewing up time. A person who enjoys everything is either a fool or a liar. “Toxic” has run its course. Please dismiss the facts using a new label. Tell your friends. If you judge quality or validity by views, Kyle Katarn is a pimple on Star Wars Theory’s rump. For me, every view represents an eye opened to the truth. Does a ratio of 85% cause you to rethink your position? 🤔 Thank you for your comment.

@@galacticinitiative7979 Oh, this is fun - let's see if we can change this up A person who hates everything is either a fool or a liar "Shill" has run its course. Please dismiss the facts using a new label. Tell your friends. Hmm, funny how that works eh? Thanks for your lack of awareness of how ironically hypocritical you are. Oh, and a P.S. Kyle is a pimple on SWT's rump? The irony is there is also no juicy! If he is just a pimple on Theroy's rump, then what is your channel compared to Kyle's? A microorganism? I never Saw Kyle's channel before, as I stated somewhere else - but it is funny you would throw this out as an attack.

You are definitely part of the crowd you would deplatform snd ruin the lives of so called "toxic" channels.

Dude... If you like everything, regardless of quality... That makes you a shill. Acolyte was bad. So bad Disney didn't approve season 2. If you want another, bigger channel - go to Star Wars Theory. Disney shills tried to deplatform him recently. And failed. Use your of "haha small channel" argument against Disney shills there.
