Star Wars SITH Dark Side Hiit Workout (3mins 52secs)

'YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARK SIDE!!'...
Thats Right!! I'm Bringing to you your very own 'SITH' HIIT Workout.
All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE DARK SIDE OF FORCE! :)
Set a timer to 40secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 SITH exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
Try to perform this 3-4 times this week and Get those SITH Calories Burning :)
Your Exercises :-
VADER LUNGES - 40sec
SIDIOUS SQUATS - 40secs
KYLO CRUNCH - 40secs
MAUL STRIKES - 40secs
DOOKU TWISTS - 40secs
