Star Wars: The Acolyte S1. EP. 4 Is SUBLIME!

Hey, people! How's it going?
Episode 4 of Star Wars: The Acolyte was absolutely SUBLIME!
Once again, I was blown away by the undeniable talent of the writers, who so deftly inserted themes such as loyalty to family... no matter what, the affirmation of pronouns, and Mae's stunning, brave decision of turning herself in to the Jedi to face the consequences of there crimes -- which was one of my favourite moments in the entire show. Dare I say that this moment was a perfect encapsulation of art imitating life. Women ARE that courageous and sacrificial in real life, more than any man could ever dream to be.
The episode ended on a cliffhanger, so I can't wait to see episode 5.

I thought it was a great subversion of expectation that we were told the budget of the series was 180 million dollars, and then the episodes look like a B series. Brilliant!

Spoiler warning (if anyone cares) They got close in such a short space of time because of lazy writing. The plot needed them to become good friends before Jacky died so they just had them magically become friends off screen. Just so that Osha could get emotional when Jacky died. Only for Osha to apparently immediately forget about that in the next episode when she becomes besties with the guy that killed her previous bestie. Such amazing writing 👍🏻 shocking that it was cancelled.
