Caleb Dume changed his name to Kanan Jarrus. He also is the same padawan who watched Ahsoka train in Tales of the Jedi Ep 5, so he’s seen Ahsoka before but never officially met her until the end of Rebels S1. Also fun fact, Depa was Mace Windu’s padawan.

Yeah someone in the comments went back and tagged me in the tales of the Jedi reactions and clone wars season 7 reactions where Kanan appeared so I now got to see that which was really cool.

should be noted Kanan's appearance sitting next to Deppa in tales of the jedi is a continuity error since he doesn't become her apprentice until the final year of the clone wars. The wiki rationalises it by saying this was a brief meeting between the two before they became Master and Padawan as they separately went to watch Ahsoka and happened to sit next to each other.

The Jedi killed on Kamino is unknown. Shaak Ti stayed on Coruscant after the Incident with Fives, and was one of the first killed by Anakin in the Temple.

More specifically according to the reference book "Women of the Galaxy" she was killed during meditation rather than in a fight. Anakin stabbed her in the back as she meditated. (as briefly seen in Yoda's vision in the final arc of clone wars season 6.

Bad Batch is kind of the bridge between everything. It will explain stuff from CW, Rebels, the OT and even.. the sequels!

should be noted that Kanan and Deppa's appearance here was somewhat controversial at the time of airing because it contradicts the Kanan Last Padawan comic's version of Kanan's order 66 moment. Both versions share some details, mainly both take place of the planet Kallar and have Commander Grey as their main clone. Both also include Deppa's last word as "run" and both of course retain Kanan's original Caleb Dume name. The main difference is the version in the comic takes place at night rather than day and doesn't include the Bad Batch. Deppa also has a different lightsaber colour, Green in the comic and Blue in the episode. (edit: oh and Grey's armour is red/orange in the comic rather than the green in the episode) Generally it is assumed the rest of the comic's flashbacks still occur as they were shown, just with this episode's 66 scene replacing the comic's version. Though I guess the truth all depends on your point of view.

Great reaction! Hunter has enhanced senses, as they stated in the beginning of the episode and in Clone Wars they've shown some of his skills. Omega is indeed very perceptive and conscious of her surroundings, and I guess she learns very swiftly by watching others. Good catch noting Echo is a reg an so not one of the 5 remaining enhanced clones. I didn't notice it when I first watched it. I really enjoyed this show, it's beautifully animated, the stories and good and sometimes awesome and I tend to take them as they come and for what they are, so I don't get easily disappointed... Only the Sequels, especially ep.8 and 9 had that kind of power over me, lol

I was debating about writing this, but I don't think will reveal much: Hunter's tracking abilities will become more clear as the series continues. As far as Omega is concerned, well... I'll largely leave that in the aether, except to note that even in this first extended episode, she is showing signs of an extra-perceptive mind.

If you liked the clone wars & rebels, then you'll enjoy the bad batch. And overall, in my opinion, i like star wars animated series more than all the live action shows. But i will watch & support everything produced by lucasfim. Otherwise low ratings might mislead disney to decide to cut funding future production projects. If you think TBB looks good, have you seen the trailer for #TalesOfTheEmpire 😳😮😮 btw Caleb Dume is Kanan Jarrus' real name. He had to change it to hide from the empire. When I finished watching TBB season 1, I started thinking that the clones might be the ones who start the rebel movement. So keep watching bcoz it gets better. Some of your predictions are close + your questions will definitely get answers. Just be patient, there's a few so called "filler" episodes BUT they might be important later as the story progresses. I just found your channel today & looking forward to all your future TBB reactions/reviews😊😊
