Big Episode IX reveal is that Dengar is just a term for a generic soldier from Planet Dengah. Tons of them will inexplicably show up at Five Below and we can all army build them. Great review btw!

I got him a while back when preorders were in Amazon. It was flickering and I managed to snag one. Then 2 weeks later they cancelled saying they didn't know when they'd getbthem. Then a week later it went up again and I snagged it. Definitely worth it. The head was only real lack of articulation, but it's minor. The arms are much more important to hold that rifle, in my opinion. It's a gorgeous figure. Detail. Detail everywhere.

@@MikeKaess definitely. The most important thing to me is detail and Dengar has so many intricate details. Bossk is my favorite bounty hunter, but Dengar is the better figure.

Outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. There are people that really hammer Hasbro on what they are doing with Star Wars these days. I wish they would check out the most recent waves from the Black Series. Honestly they are absolutely nailing it.

I don't if you noticed, you didn't mention it, but his armor is sculpted to be kinda wonky. I think it's super cool like some parts are off set or set lower than the other side like his thigh and shoulder armor

I’ve had mine for a while now, but can’t seem to get my hands on Zuckas. All the ones I see on eBay, or pre-orders. And they all say, they don’t ship until March 20. But everybody on KZbin seems to already have him. Thought he was already out? Dengar is an awesome action figure, totally agree with your score.

Dengar got a wide release at Disney Stores exclusively back in November. Then he was made available to order online from places like Entertainment Earth and BBTS. Should still be up.

Battlefront made this guy a must have. I cannot see this figure and not have that quasi Australian accent ringing through my ears. I loved playing as the character and love this figure. Outside of Solo figs it’s just the best.

Hi Mike ! Nice review ! I bought it when I saw your mini review in the top 10 2018 BUT mine has a strange spot just next to his left eye, a white mark like it was damaged and it ruins everything for me. It's not that obvious because part of it is hidden by his "helmet" but all I can see is the spot when I look at it. Dengar is very difficult to find in Europe and very expensive (and it was before I knew dorksidetoys ship to Europe) so I bought it online and I can't just change it at the store I'm stuck with the spot. I wish I could show you. Anyway very nice review !

As far as I know his torso armor is indeed imperial, actually it's a snowtrooper's one. I also have a fixation with this character, more than a common Boba Fett fan, I like better D man, he looks so real to me; not that glamorous, not so mythical, just a savage lethal hunter. And brooding, eternally brooding.

also, unrelated, I find that the miniguns (forgot official name) from the 3.3/4 inch star wars the clone wars series figures work really well and seem to be in scale with the 6 inch clones (use one with my 212th clone)
