it's in a game called force Unleashed, where the main protagonist starkiller uses force lightning, Obi wan was given the same move set as him because the programmers didn't want to make a new fighting style for Obi wan, that would've taken too long and it would've been unnecessary

Nope, It's not a mod, the psp version of the game includes more content, this one is "Historic Mission", there's also "Order 66", multiplayer, etc...

MrBing yup, and honestly it was x10 better than the console versions. gameplay was different but the story was the same, good graphics for a game made in 2008 on a handheld device, more modes, the multiplayer was decent, this was how they should’ve released the console versions.
