There was one part in the elevator scene where one of the stormtroopers recognizes finn and calls him out, and it turn to a really intense moment to see if he was gonna rad out finn, but in the end the stormtrooper congratulates him on being an officer and slaps his butt like a college thing lol

•Metehan• Not really, the original cut has one of the stormtroopers recognize Finn but somehow not realizing him being a tr8r and expressing surprise at him having been promoted to captain. It's dreadful. The way this recut plays out, minus obviously the music, might have been more Star Wars-like but only if they cut the rest of the alleged humor out. Funny stuff in the OT was kept to the minimum and when it was there it worked.
