Han Solo divided and split the Star Wars fandom with his death in The Force Awakens. Now in this eventful comic crossover he is doing the opposite. And hopefully we get Force ghost of Luke and Han reuniting with Leia in the sequel trilogy Star Wars comics of events between The Last Jedi and The Rise of Skywalker.

I believed it was explained in the current Vader comics, after losing Luke at bespin he wants revenge and decided that he wants to make Luke's friends suffer. I think we wants to use it as a way to turn Luke to the dark side, but he definitely wants to hurt Han to get at Luke.
