Awesome cake! Question... when I cover cakes in fondant it always goes wet & sticky. I do live in a hot climate & use a cold cake directly from the fridge. Should I add tylose?

Hey Melanie, thank you:) I am not sure but I don't think that tylose would change the effect of condensation that can form on the fondant. If I ever find that my fondant goes a little tacky, I just wait until it dries down completely before decorating further. I live in a colder climate so I don't have a ton of experience with this issue.

You can use a quick icer tip it's much easier!

Thanks very much Amelia! i just used fondant but you can use modelling paste or modelling chocolate, whatever you feel most confident with!:)
