Star Waste Heil RL on a big commercial cart line

Yesterday I was in Chelsea filming the recycling truck while this truck popped up out of nowhere. I ran down the street and caught up to it. The helper from the recycling truck came down to help out. This is a truck I’ve never seen at the yard so it was a surprise. I got this on a big cart line and the recycling truck on recycling. I also got a long video of one of the trash trucks on trash.
